b'EDUCATION WITHGLOBAL APPEALIn 2009, the University enrolled its first MBA students in Poland under an agreement with the Wroclaw School of Banking (WSB), a private university specializing in business education. The Franklin MBA became well-regarded ina short period of time, ranking 8th in the 2013 PolishMBA program rankings compiled by the Perspektywy Education Foundation.Growing demand for in-country access to American degrees fueled Franklins international partnerships. In 2010, the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS), the first private higher-education institution in the Sultanate of Oman, enlisted Franklins partnership to bring the first English-language MBA to market. Franklins MBA becamethe first American graduate degree to be available in Oman.
